Teachers are a critical piece of the science fair puzzle! The most successful projects and students are backed by strong and engaged teachers, and DRSEF is here to help prepare teachers for success… and reward successful teachers for their efforts!
Joining the Fair

Please see the attached guide / steps for joining the Dallas Regional Science Fair.
Eligibility
Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair (DRSEF) covers Texas Education Agency Region 10 and includes all of Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman and Rockwall counties and part of Henderson and Van Zandt counties.
DRSEF has two divisions, Junior for grades 6 to 8 and Senior for grades 9 to 12. Students may complete projects as an individual or in a team of 2 or 3 students all from the eligible region.
Students begin by entering the fair at their local public, private, charter or home school. The top projects at each school advance to district fairs then the regional fair.
