The Awards Banquet for Beal Bank - Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair
When?
Thursday, April 17, 2008, Program Noon - 3:00 p.m. Registration from 11.00 a.m.
Where?
SMU Campus, Hughes-Trigg Student Center, Promenade Ballroom (lower level).
Who?
First-, Second-, and Third-place science category winners plus Special Award winners are invited, along with the teacher named on the students original online Fair registration. We regret that Honorable Mentions cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions. Each student winner may bring up to two guests, subject to space availability.
Cost
Winning students and named teachers attend at no charge. Additional guests of students may attend for $15 per person. No tickets will be distributed.

Please Note: Parking for this years banquet will be more difficult than usual. You can help by:

- Arriving early (why not enjoy a stroll in SMUs campus before lunch?)
- Car-pooling or riding DART to Mockingbird Station
Limited parking will be available at Moody Garage and University Blvd Lot (both 5 min walk to venue), permits will be distributed at the lot entrances, first-come first-served. Overflow parking is available at Mockingbird station, then take a 5 min ride on 768 SMU Mustang Express or banquet shuttle to the Drop-Off point on Bishop Blvd.
